REGISTRATION ANNOUNCEMENT – ACADEMIC YEAR 2026–2027
We hereby inform all those wishing to register at the Intensive Language Teaching Centre (CEIL) that registrations for the 2026–2027 academic year will begin on 26 October 2026 through the dedicated online registration link

The Intensive Language Teaching Centre (CEIL) informs all those wishing to enrol in order to learn a new language (or several languages), refresh their knowledge, or improve their skills in a specific language that registration will be open from October 26, 2026 to October 29, 2026 through an online application that will be activated during this period.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:
Learners wishing to enrol in French or English at one of the available levels must select the appropriate group and meet the following requirements:
If your university enrolment certificate for the 2026–2027 academic year is not yet available for any reason, you may submit your certificate of success for the 2025–2026 academic year instead.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS FOR ENGLISH COURSES
Level A2 :
1) University enrolment certificate 2026–2027 + Employment certificate + Authorization for ATS.
2) Copy of National Identity Card (front and back).
3) Fees: 3,000 DZD.
4) 02 recent ID photos.
5) Baccalaureate transcript English mark 1/20 to 9/20.
Level B1 :
1) University enrolment certificate 2026–2027 + Employment certificate + Authorization.
2) Copy National ID.
3) 3,000 DZD.
4) 02 photos.
5) Baccalaureate transcript English 10/20 to 14/20 or A2 certificate.
Level B2 :
1) University enrolment certificate 2026–2027 + Employment certificate + Authorization.
2) National ID.
3) 3,000 DZD.
4) 02 photos.
5) Baccalaureate transcript English ≥15 or B1 certificate.
Level C1 :
1) University enrolment certificate 2026–2027.
2) National ID.
3) 3,000 DZD.
4) 02 photos.
5) Certificate B2 or ESP.
Level B2.2 : Medical English {ESP}:
1) University enrolment certificate Medicine.
2) National ID.
3) 3,000 DZD.
4) 02 photos.
5) Baccalaureate transcript English >16 or B2 certificate.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS FOR FRENCH COURSES
Level A2 / B1 / B2 : Same conditions with the French language grade at the Baccalaureate as follows:
A2 (between 01/20 and 09/20) / B1 (between 10/20 and 14/20) / B2 (≥15/20)

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS FOR ITALIAN, GERMAN, TURKISH AND RUSSIAN COURSES
For these languages Level A1.1 for true beginners and Level A1.2 for those with initiation.
Level A1.1 :
1) University enrolment certificate Medicine.
2) National ID.
3) 3,000 DZD.
4) 02 photos.
Level A1.2 :
1) University enrolment certificate Medicine.
2) National ID.

5) A1.1 certificate for A1.2.

The pedagogical framework:
The centre designs its courses according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR): A1,A2,B1,B2,C1,C2 + intermediate A2+,B1+,B2+.
